Park Rules

Reception Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

  • Weekends: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

  • Closed: Christmas Day

Check In / Check Out

  • Cabins & Villas

    • Check in: 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm

    • Check out: 10:00 am

  • Caravan Sites

    • Check in: From 12:00 noon

    • Check out: By 11:00 am

Late arrivals must be arranged with reception prior to arrival.
Late check outs may be available by arrangement and additional charges may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered once you have arrived.

Lost & Found

Items found in cabins, villas or around the park are returned to reception and held for 14 days, after which they are discarded.
If you leave an item behind, we can arrange postage at your expense.

Fires

Fires are not permitted within the Village grounds.

Speed Limit

The speed limit within the Village is 10 km/h at all times.

Water

All water within the park is potable.

Messages

Emergency messages can be received by reception and delivered.

Pets

  • Pets are strictly prohibited in:

    • Camp Kitchens

    • Amenities

    • Pool and pool enclosure

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times, except in the designated off-leash dog area near the camping area.

  • Dogs must not be left unattended or tethered to sites.

Off-Leash Dog Area

Owners must remain with their pets at all times.

Noise

Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times for the comfort of fellow campers and residents.
No music or excessive noise after 10:00 pm.

Toilets & Showers

  • Amenities behind the pool are unisex facilities.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pool

  • Open from 8:00 am until dusk

  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times

  • No glass permitted in the pool enclosure

  • No bombing or diving

Camp Kitchens

Camp Kitchens are for the use of all park residents and campers.

  • Opening hours: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

  • Food stored in fridges must be clearly labelled with name, site number and departure date

  • Please leave facilities clean and tidy after use

Sullage

Please place waste hoses from vans or campers into a bucket and empty at the dump point waste facility.
Slab sites must place hoses into the drains provided.

Car / Boat Washing

A designated washing facility is provided and marked on your site map.

Private Areas

The permanent homeowners’ area is private and must not be accessed by campers.

Children are not permitted to ride bikes or scooters in these areas as shown on the site map.
This is a residential area and privacy must be respected.

Security

Security cameras operate throughout the park and common areas, including:

  • Pool

  • Camp Kitchens

  • Reception

Any person damaging park property will be reported to the authorities.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in:

  • Cabins or villas

  • Camp kitchens

  • Cabana

  • Pool enclosure

Garbage

Please use bins provided:

  • Red lid: Food scraps and general waste

  • Yellow lid: Recycling (cans, bottles, cardboard only)

Please flatten cardboard boxes before placing in bins.

Laundry

  • $1 coins required: 5 x $1 per wash / 5 x $1 per dry

  • Clotheslines are marked “J” on the site map

  • Coins available from reception (cash out not available via EFTPOS)

Visitors

  • Maximum of 4 visitors per site at any one time

  • All visitors are your responsibility and must comply with park rules

  • Visitors must be registered with reception

  • Overnight visitors incur a fee of $10 per person per night (maximum 5 people per site, including guests)

  • Visitors must vacate the park by 10:00 pm

Large gatherings, parties, BBQs or group use of facilities (including pool and camp kitchens) by visitors are not permitted.

Parking

  • One car park per site

  • Additional parking is available within the park

  • Visitors must park in designated visitor parking at the entrance

Additional parking is available under the blue shade sail opposite the slab sites and marked on the site map.

Bikes, Scooters & Similar Vehicles

  • Not permitted in permanent residents’ areas

  • Signage must be obeyed

  • Helmets must be worn at all times

  • Children must be supervised while riding

Fishing Pontoon

Children must be supervised at all times.
The pontoon is for use by residents and registered guests only.

Compliance

Management reserves the right to remove, without notice, any person who contravenes park rules.

Offensive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Any damage caused through negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
