Park Rules
Reception Hours
Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm.
Weekends 12:00pm – 5:00pm.
Closed Christmas Day
Check In / Check out
Cabins and Villas – check in is between 2 pm to 5.30 pm.
Cabins and Villa – check out time is 10 am.
Caravan – check in is from 12 noon.
Caravan – check out no later than 11 am.
Late arrivals are catered for by arranging with reception prior to your arrival.
Late check outs can be arranged, and additional charges may apply.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once you have arrived.
Lost & Found
Items found in cabins / Villas or around the park are returned to reception and held for 14 days after which time they are discarded. Should you leave something behind we can arrange to post to you at your expense.
Fires
Are not permitted within the Village grounds.
Speed Limit
Within the Village is always 10 km
Water
All water is potable.
Messages
Emergency messages can be received by reception and delivered.
Pets
Are strictly forbidden in Camp Kitchens – amenities – pool and pool enclosure.
Pets are to be always on a leash except in the off-leash dog area located near the camping area.
Dogs are not to be left alone tethered to your site.

Noise
Is to be always kept to a minimum for the pleasure of all fellow campers and residents.
No music or noise after 10 pm
Toilets & showers
The amenities behind the pool are unisex facilities.
Children under 12 are to be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities.
Pool
Is open from 8:00am until dusk
Children under 12 must always be supervised.
No glass is permitted in the pool enclosure.
No Bombing.
Camp Kitchens
Are for the use of all park residents and campers. Food placed in the fridge is to be marked with your name – site number & date of departure.
Please leave the facilities clean and tidy after use.
Sullage
Please assist by placing your waste hoses from your vans or campers into a bucket and emptying into the Dump point waste facility or slab sites place your hoses onto the drains provided.
Car / Boat washing
There is a facility provided and marked on your site map.
Private
The permanent homeowner’s area is not to be accessed by campers. Children are not permitted to ride bikes, scooters into these areas as shown on the site map. This is their home and privacy must be respected.
Security
Security Cameras are situated around the park and in the common areas Pool – Camp Kitchens – Reception.
Persons caught damaging Park property will be reported to the authorities.
Smoking
Is not permitted in any of the park cabins – villas – camp kitchen – cabana – pool enclosure.
Garbage
Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
Red top bin is for food scraps and general waste.
Yellow top bin is for cans, bottles, cardboard and recycle products only. Please crush boxes prior to placing in the bin.
Laundry
5 x $1 coins are required per wash and 5 x $1 coins per dry.
Clotheslines are marked as J on your site map.
Coins are available from reception. (change cannot be given via EFTPOS as cash out).
Visitors
Any visitors to your site are your responsibility and must adhere to the park rules. Visitors that stay with you overnight without reception being advised and payment received ($10 per person per night – max 5 people per site) will be asked to leave. All visitors are to vacate the park prior to 10 pm.
Parking
1 car park per site. There are additional parking areas within the park for any additional vehicles. Visitors to your site are required to park in the visitor parking provided at the entrance. There is additional parking under the blue shade sail opposite the slab sites and marked on the site map as parking.
Bikes / Scooters and similar vehicles
NOT permitted in the permanent resident’s area – signs posted are to be adhered to. Helmets MUST be worn.
Children are to be unaccompanied whilst they ride at all times.
Fishing Pontoon
Please ensure that children are always supervised. The pontoon is for use by residents and guests only.
Management reserves the right to remove without notice any person (s) who contravene the park rules and regulations.
Offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate the property.
Should you damage park property, due to your negligence, you will be charged for the damage incurred.
